Application:

To Increase Calcium Hardness by 100 ppm:

-Add 1.2 pounds per 1,000 gallons

-Add 12.0 pounds per 10,000 gallons

-Add 60.0 pounds per 50,000 gallons

*Low calcium hardness can cause corrosion to

metal equipment and plaster walls

*High calcium hardness can cause water to become

cloudy and also leave scale or stain on the walls of the pool

*It is recommended to keep calcium hardness between

250-300ppm

The only way to lower Calcium Hardness is to

drain water out of the pool and add fresh water.
